SHIPPING INFORMATION

Luxe by West is excited to provide complimentary worldwide shipping on all purchases, complete with full insurance coverage and requiring a signature upon delivery. We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL or Australia Post will email you a shipping confirmation along with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Our ready-to-ship items typically ship within two business days, barring any resizing requirements. However, custom orders may take up to 4 weeks from the approval of the design. Please note, Luxe by West does not cover international taxes and duties.

For repairs or resizing, you are responsible for the return shipping. While Luxe by West cannot be held liable for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly advise insuring and tracking them. Rest assured, we cover the insured shipping costs for returning your piece to you.

Upon completion, Australian orders benefit from complimentary shipping via Australia Post Express or DHL, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location. Similarly, international orders are shipped via DHL at no additional cost.

As a gentle reminder, you are accountable for any import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes applicable in your country.
